The Nurse Practitioner will evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pain using evidence-based approaches designed to improve patients’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, and review diagnostic information.
● Diagnose acute and chronic pain conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
● Prescribe and manage medications, including non-opioid analgesics and adjunct therapies, in accordance with applicable regulations and clinical standards.
● Perform interventional procedures when appropriately credentialed and authorized.

● Build and maintain relationships with physicians, specialists, hospitals, referral sources, and community partners.
