For a pelvic floor session, we don’t have a waiting list for pelvic floor physical therapy. During the session, A physical therapist will examine your pelvic floor muscles with internal examination using manual therapy to release muscle tension and improve muscle function. The therapist will also teach you exercises to strengthen and coordinate your pelvic floor muscles.
