1) UPPER TRAPEZIUS DO 3 OF THESE PER SIDE.

 Do 3 of these per side, Hold for 30 seconds per stretch.

2) Levator scapulae stretch.

 Do 3 of these per side, Hold for 30 seconds per stretch.

3) scalene stretch.

 Do 3 of these per side, Hold for 30 seconds per stretch.

4) chin tucks.

 Do 10 of these, holding for 3-5 seconds per retraction.

5) scapular squeezes.

 Do 15 of these, holding each contraction for 2-3 seconds.
